Rules
- Only the group leader submits the form for the whole group.
- A group has 4 to 5 members, including the leader.
- A student can belong to only one group. Students already in a group are disabled.
- Submissions are processed first-come-first-served and time-stamped by the server.
- You cannot edit or cancel after submitting, so check carefully.
